The Restaurant Manager role at Little Caesar's is a vital leadership position responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant while building and nurturing a high-performing team. Physical stamina is also essential, as the role requires standing and walking for the majority of the shift and the ability to lift and carry moderate weights.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management or similar role preferred
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to manage financial aspects such as budgeting and sales analysis
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
  • strong communication skills
  • physical stamina to stand and walk for most of the shift
  • ability to lift and carry weights up to 25 pounds
