The Manager position at Outback Steakhouse plays a crucial leadership role within the restaurant, overseeing both the front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) operations. With limited supervision, the Manager is entrusted with ensuring daily operational excellence including maintaining the restaurant's appearance, enhancing customer experience, and providing professional leadership to employees. Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year previous restaurant management experience
  • minimum age 21 years
  • must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

  • One year previous restaurant management experience
  • certification in food safety preferred
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
  • experience in full-service including bar restaurant management preferred
  • willingness to relocate within assigned region preferred
