Hooters of Raleigh Airport is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team. This full-time position plays a critical role in overseeing multiple operational areas including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, beverage presentation, and overall atmosphere. The Restaurant Manager supports the General Manager by ensuring efficient operations that uphold company policies and standards. A key focus is managing vendor and supplier relationships to optimize procurement and business needs. The role also involves assisting with recruiting and selecting front- and back-of-house employees, supporting employee training and development, and managing performance, primarily focusing on front-of-house staff. Administrative responsibilities encompass payroll, human resources, marketing initiatives, and financial reporting.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 2 plus years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
  • successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to beginning work
  • legally required certifications to be eligible to work
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
