We are currently seeking dedicated Restaurant Managers with 1-3 years of restaurant management experience to join our dynamic team. As a Restaurant Manager at Daiquiri Deck, you will take charge of overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring smooth service and top-notch guest satisfaction during busy shifts. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage team schedules, appraise performance, and deliver constructive feedback aimed at boosting productivity and morale. Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be a local candidate
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Motivated, self-starter with strong drive to succeed
  • Food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • High energy, hands-on leadership style
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
