The Restaurant Manager role at Wendy's is a pivotal position supporting the General Manager in the daily operations and staff management of the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • at least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • valid driver’s license in good standing

  • 2+ years of current, full service, casual dining management experience
  • Strong personal and professional integrity

  • Enthusiasm to thrive in the fast pace pressure and opportunity to solve problems on the go
  • Passion for hospitality and interacting with Guests
  • Sense to be "hands on" when needed
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand & be on your feet for 8-10 hours
