We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining the operational excellence of Stone House Tavern. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently. This encompasses managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring health and safety compliance, and upholding hygiene and cleanliness standards to meet or exceed industry benchmarks.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role preferably in a high-volume dining establishment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers staff and vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills necessary for reporting and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems is a plus
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including managing staff monitoring inventory ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations maintaining cleanliness standards

  • Ensure excellent customer service handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally build strong relationships with customers
