They manage financial tasks such as controlling costs, analyzing sales data, and implementing marketing strategies such as local store promotions to boost revenue. The Manager acts with integrity to uphold company policies, state and federal regulations including OSHA and EEOC standards, while maintaining a safe and harassment-free work environment.
