The position of Restaurant Manager or Kitchen Manager at Bad Daddy's Burger Bar is a critical leadership role focused on overseeing daily operations to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a manager with experience in both kitchen and front-of-house (FOH) management who is passionate about hospitality and team development. Starting with a salary range between 50,000 and 54,000 USD annually, the role includes opportunities for performance-based salary increments biannually, lucrative monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus plans, and paid time off benefits including vacation, sick days, and paid holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas.

In this management role, you will be responsible for running the kitchen or floor operations, creating an environment where employees feel supported and guests receive top-notch service.
