This position operates under the guidance of the General Manager and is responsible for supporting all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the General Manager to develop and execute restaurant operating plans aligned with broader company and market strategies, fostering both business growth and customer loyalty. Responsibilities include planning schedules, analyzing staffing needs, and ensuring appropriate development and training for all employees. Job Duties

  • Support general manager in developing restaurant operating plans that align with company and market strategies to achieve sales and profit growth
  • Plan schedules and analyze staffing needs to ensure proper development and training of employees
  • Exercise discretion to address changing business demands effectively
  • Ensure all menu items are prepared and served according to brand standards
  • Maintain proper inventory levels of food and non-food items using company guidelines and efficient ordering procedures
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by overseeing proper service execution in a clean and pleasant environment and enforcing brand standards
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations affecting restaurant operations
  • Uphold facility and equipment management through preventive maintenance, safety, sanitation, and energy conservation
  • Promote and teach company values and policies consistently with a strong focus on safety
  • Manage controllable expenses including labor, cash, repairs and maintenance, and food costs, while supporting financial improvements
  • Monitor local market trends and assist in implementing marketing programs with guidance from district management
  • Foster a positive work environment, encourage open communication, handle employee relations issues, administer discipline, and resolve conflicts promptly
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and flexibility in all operational aspects
