Job Description
Chili's Grill & Bar is a well-established casual dining restaurant chain that originated in Dallas, Texas in 1975. Chili's prides itself on providing an exceptional guest experience rooted in hospitality, quality, and community engagement. Their culture is deeply ingrained in fun and teamwork, making the workplace engaging while maintaining high standards of performance and service. The brand has cultivated a loyal customer base by consistently delivering on its promise of food perfection, accountability, and a playfully serious approach to restaurant excellence.

The ideal Chili's Manager embodies a genuine connection with people, fostering a win-together culture that rewards collaboration and recognizes those who go the extra mile. According to the role overview, Chili's Managers excel in managing high-energy shifts, exceeding guest expectations, and ensuring financial responsibilities are met efficiently.
