The role involves directing work schedules, assigning tasks, and driving sales initiatives while constantly focusing on guest satisfaction. You will supervise the preparation and production of food, ensuring that all meals meet the company’s established recipes and quality standards. Conducting formal tasting sessions and temperature checks will be part of your quality assurance processes. Moreover, maintaining a safe environment for both employees and guests through proper security measures and adherence to food safety regulations is crucial.

Inventory management is another key responsibility, requiring you to monitor and control food, supply, and liquor costs through weekly inventory assessments. Creating a positive and clean workplace that aligns with Texas Roadhouse’s core values and operational goals is essential for promoting a fun and productive atmosphere.

Texas Roadhouse offers a vibrant culture with flexible work schedules, employee discounts, friendly competitions, formal training programs, and significant career growth opportunities. Upon meeting benefit eligibility requirements, Restaurant Managers receive a comprehensive total rewards package after 30 days of employment. This package includes access to medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, paid vacation and parental leave, adoption assistance, disability insurance, life and accident coverages, and identity theft protection. Additional benefits include an employee assistance program, business travel insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year, monthly profit-sharing programs, quarterly restricted stock units, community support opportunities, and an annual holiday bonus.

Texas Roadhouse is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. It welcomes applications from all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, age, gender, pregnancy, gender identity, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, citizenship, national origin, or any other legally protected status.
