We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. This full-time position demands a candidate with at least four years of experience in supervisory and lead roles within the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams effectively and driving both customer satisfaction and business growth. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supervising the entire restaurant operation, ensuring that every aspect—from food quality and service to cleanliness and compliance—meets the highest standards. They will play a crucial role in developing the work team by providing guidance, training, and support to staff members to enhance their performance and service skills.

In addition to team leadership, the Restaurant Manager will focus on increasing sales and profits by implementing company policies and procedural guidelines meticulously. They must manage resources efficiently, control costs, and maintain inventory levels to align with business objectives.
