Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years experience in quick service or full service restaurant industry
  • ServSafe certified
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
  • Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
  • Ability to travel to restaurant locations including overnight stays

Job Qualifications

  • ServSafe certification
  • Fluency in English, Spanish a plus

Job Duties

  • Fully staff the store with quality people
  • Recruit, hire, and retain all restaurant employees
  • Ensure all team members are certified according to training processes
  • Create a service-oriented culture
  • Promote an environment of fun and teamwork
  • Evaluate employee performance and recommend salary increases
  • Recommend, approve, and administer disciplinary actions
  • Develop and grow team members and future managers
  • Execute Del Taco standards and processes consistently
  • Maintain facility and customer areas

  • Deliver quality products to brand standards
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and standards
  • Ensure employees wear proper uniform
  • Ensure consistent service experience
  • Ensure approved point of purchase and signage placement
  • Identify and communicate sales goals
  • Manage staffing according to sales projections
  • Increase customer count and maximize customer value
  • Identify and execute local store marketing opportunities
