Job Description

The role itself is an integral part of the restaurant management team, working closely under the guidance of the General Manager to support all elements of day-to-day operations. The primary focus of this position is to increase sales, maintain profit goals, ensure the execution of new programs, and uphold guest satisfaction at all times. The successful candidate will act as a pivotal leader in implementing operating plans that align with company and market strategies to drive business growth. This involves collaborating on staff scheduling, assessing and addressing staffing needs, training and developing employees, and maintaining high standards for food preparation and service. The position requires a proactive approach in adapting to the evolving demands of the restaurant environment, including inventory management, operational compliance, maintenance of safety and sanitation standards, and enforcement of brand standards.
Beyond operational duties, this role demands strong leadership and communication skills to create a positive work environment and effectively manage employee relations. The candidate will be responsible for addressing employee matters through established disciplinary processes and resolving conflicts constructively and promptly. Financial acumen is essential for monitoring controllable expenses such as labor, food costs, and maintenance, as well as interpreting financial reports to collaborate with the General Manager on improvement plans. The ability to analyze local market trends and contribute to marketing strategies is also a key component of the role.

Job Duties
