Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years restaurant experience
- Prior leadership role experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent guest service orientation
- Computer skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to coach and mentor staff
- Available to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching
- Compliance with state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred
- Knowledge of excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-building capability
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Able to manage multiple projects
- Ability to be a role model in appearance and presentation
- Available to work various shifts including weekends.
Job Duties
- Supervise team members according to company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise performance
- Reward and discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Assist with category job duties as needed
- Execute corporate and local marketing programs
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests
- Investigate and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash and security procedures
- Review financial reports and schedules
- Control food costs through portion control and inventory management
- Control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales.
