Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by a dynamic and fast-paced high-volume restaurant dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This establishment is known for its commitment to quality service, staff development, and operational excellence, making it a preferred workplace for hospitality professionals looking to grow and make a substantial impact within the restaurant industry. The company prides itself on fostering a supportive team environment where collaboration, innovation, and leadership are highly valued. With a focus on both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, this restaurant offers a comprehensive approach to management that emphasizes efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to take a leading role in managing the daily operations of our bustling restaurant. This position is full-time and requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and a strong commitment to the team’s success. The starting pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience, with potential annual compensation reaching up to $63,250 or more.
In this role, you will be entrusted with significant autonomy and authority to influence key operational areas such as labor management, food cost control, and customer service quality. Unlike typical shift leaders or department managers, the Restaurant Manager will have direct impact on the restaurant's overall performance, supported by coaching from a world-class executive team. You will be responsible for leading either the Front or Back of House, depending on your individual strengths, and ensure the restaurant's service remains fast, clean, and organized even during peak periods.
Your leadership will be central to maintaining high standards by coaching team members and leads to consistently deliver an excellent guest experience. You will oversee inventory levels and food quality while managing labor and team dynamics strategically to optimize performance. The role also requires the ability to make effective decisions in high-pressure situations such as during rush hours, requiring calm problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years or more of restaurant management or supervisory experience, either in front-of-house or back-of-house roles. A successful Restaurant Manager is someone with a team-first attitude, who excels in conflict resolution and embraces a hands-on leadership style with a desire to grow into senior leadership opportunities. Flexibility in scheduling and availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
The restaurant offers a comprehensive perks and benefits package reflecting its commitment to employee well-being and career development. This includes paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance with employer contributions, a 401(k) plan with optional matching, profit-sharing programs, educational scholarships and reimbursements, and various rewards and incentives. The restaurant also promotes work-life balance with a unique benefit of no Sunday shifts, providing dedicated personal time each week.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for driven restaurant professionals to advance their careers, enhance their leadership skills through continuous training, and be part of a team-oriented culture focused on excellence and innovation in hospitality management.
