About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at one of our bustling restaurant locations. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the General Manager plays a vital role in supervising restaurant employees and managing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities with a focus on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth. This leadership position requires someone capable of balancing operational control with excellent customer service and team management.

The General Manager must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays during peak business periods to ensure seamless operation and to set the tone for the team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fostering an environment of continuous improvement and high standards. This position demands proficiency in managing staff, controlling costs, maximizing sales opportunities, and maintaining quality control throughout the restaurant.

As the face of the restaurant, the General Manager will drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and employee engagement while adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with the Area Manager on strategic planning, staff development, and operational improvements.
