The role of Restaurant Manager at Shake Shack is a critical leadership position responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring guests receive outstanding service and hospitality. - 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
- working knowledge of restaurant operations
- leadership and coaching aptitude
- understanding of financial business operations
- food handler certification preferred
- willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
- train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
- motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
- demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
- develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
