The role of the Restaurant Manager at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is fundamental to the success of the restaurant operations and the guest experience. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations by leading a team of dedicated Team Members, managing efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. A critical part of the job is driving sales and profitability by executing operational strategies that manage labor and food costs effectively. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership
  • Ability to commute to Cincinnati, OH 45251
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
