We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in an on-site, full-time role. This position plays a vital role in supporting the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a talented team. The ideal candidate will excel in staffing, training, and scheduling, ensuring the restaurant consistently operates at a 5-star level. You will act as a role model and mentor for crew members and Shift Managers, teaching them to embody Dave Thomas's legacy and to "Delight Every Customer." Your leadership will directly impact the restaurant's success by fostering a positive work environment where all team members feel respected, valued, and motivated.
In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to coach and develop the team, focusing on building a strong, effective workforce. You will be instrumental in managing people and operations to deliver fresh, high-quality food and exceptional service every day. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be the face of the restaurant for new hires and will play a critical part in team retention by identifying and nurturing top talent and ensuring optimal scheduling.
This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a hands-on leadership style. You must be comfortable standing for long periods, handling challenging weather conditions, and managing various restaurant equipment including grills, registers, and computers. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks at once, and contribute to increasing store sales and profit goals is essential.

Job Requirements
- Minimum years of leadership experience
- Ability to work on-site full-time
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 25 to 50 pounds
- Willingness to travel to other locations
