Asia Live is an exciting new Asian cuisine restaurant located within the Westfield Valley Fair Mall in the vibrant Silicon Valley area. Opening its doors in the spring of 2026, Asia Live marks the first expansion of the renowned China Live San Francisco brand. This bold move introduces a fresh culinary destination boasting a sprawling 12,000 square-foot complex, designed to offer guests an immersive and authentic dining experience. The restaurant features an open kitchen concept where diners can enjoy watching their meals crafted by skilled chefs, making their culinary journey both interactive and enlightening. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in restaurant management, preferably in high-volume settings
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Proficiency in customer service and a commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction
  • Experience in hiring and training team members, with the ability to foster a positive and productive work culture

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
