As a Restaurant Manager at Carrabba's Italian Grill, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence within both the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (HOH) areas. This hands-on leadership position requires a positive, friendly, and fun approach, with the readiness to embrace change and tackle challenges urgently. You will be instrumental in fostering a supportive team environment where employees, affectionately called micos, are encouraged to grow professionally while maintaining high-quality standards. Your leadership will drive business results through strong business acumen, community engagement, and a commitment to food quality and safety.

The role includes overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility through managing inventory and ordering processes, and understanding the impact on profitability (P&L). You will also focus on enhancing the guest experience by making the restaurant the preferred neighborhood dining destination through participation in local activities and events. Safety and sanitary practices are paramount, as is living the company’s principles and beliefs by exercising sound judgment and decision-making. Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of salaried restaurant management experience
  • Experience in full casual dining or casual plus environment preferred
  • Hands-on experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Exposure to a scratch kitchen is advantageous
  • Availability to work flexible schedule
  • Minimum age 21 years with legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Bilingual skills considered a plus
  • Ability to relocate is a plus
