Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of experience at Cracker Barrel restaurant
- ability to work five 10-hour shifts per week including holidays and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to work under pressure and lead a team
Job Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- minimum 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage both front and back-of-house operations effectively
- customer service oriented with a focus on hospitality
- capable of working 50 hours a week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- lead front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- coach and develop team members to enhance performance
- manage inventory and control operational costs
- ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with Cracker Barrel standards
- maintain a people-first leadership style to support employees and guests
- stay calm and supportive during busy or stressful shifts
- promote and uphold the company culture and values
