Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of experience at Cracker Barrel restaurant
  • ability to work five 10-hour shifts per week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • ability to work under pressure and lead a team

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage both front and back-of-house operations effectively
