As a Restaurant Manager at Texas Roadhouse, you will play a pivotal leadership role overseeing both the Front of House and Back of House operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform restaurant duties
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
