The role we are offering is for a Restaurant Manager, also referred to as a Hospitality Captain. This position is crucial for the operational success of our restaurant locations. The Restaurant Manager's responsibilities encompass the day-to-day management of all restaurant activities, ensuring that both guests and team members have outstanding experiences. This leadership role involves teaching, training, and guiding all team members during each shift and extends to coaching, counseling, and developing the employees to help them grow professionally. Our managers are key players in maximizing sales, controlling expenses, and meeting budgetary goals through strategic oversight and effective management practices. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager handles guest relations by managing complaints and ensuring that service quality, sanitation, safety, and food standards are consistently met. This role requires a combination of operational expertise, leadership acumen, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture where each team member is motivated and aligned with the brand’s values. Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or High School equivalency required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Manager food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
  • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
  • Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
  • Must be able to read, write and speak in English
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or High School equivalency
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Manager food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
  • Ability to handle guest complaints effectively
  • Familiarity with food safety and liquor service laws
  • Commitment to upholding brand standards and culture

Job Duties

  • Being strong brand stewards and ensuring each guest receives excellent service by leading and modeling our 1-4-7 philosophy
  • Developing a strong and motivated team through recruitment, communication and training plans
  • Identify strategies to retain and develop the best Team Members
  • Leading Team Members through coaching, discipline and adherence to the brand standards
  • Executing positive financial results, including but not limited to meeting sales goal and optimizing P&L
  • Ensuring that restaurant facilities are consistently meeting brand standards
  • Being aware of and abiding by food safety practices and liquor service laws, including not overserving guests or serving underage guests
  • Ensuring compliance with all labor regulations
