Job Duties
- Grow sales by fostering a spirit of hospitality in the Front-of-the-House
- create a warm and positive environment for guests and co-workers
- select, train, and develop friendly and talented co-workers
- lead and manage human and financial resources in the Front-of-the-House
- ensure profitable restaurant operations
- oversee food quality, production, safety, and labor in coordination with the General Manager and associate managers
- maintain a dining experience that promotes guest loyalty
