Job Duties

  • Grow sales by fostering a spirit of hospitality in the Front-of-the-House
  • create a warm and positive environment for guests and co-workers
  • select, train, and develop friendly and talented co-workers
  • lead and manage human and financial resources in the Front-of-the-House
  • ensure profitable restaurant operations
  • oversee food quality, production, safety, and labor in coordination with the General Manager and associate managers
  • maintain a dining experience that promotes guest loyalty
