Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- Minimum of 1+ years as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing service concept with full P&L responsibility for external hire
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Use of personal vehicle for bank deposits and restaurant visits
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- Must be 100% certified in all workstations
- Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English

Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
