The successful candidate will report to the Restaurant Manager or District Manager and will be responsible for developing a cohesive and motivated team. The position demands a hands-on approach, with direct accountability for all operational results on each shift worked. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 1 year managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility
- Must complete Restaurant Manager training and have Food Safety certification within first 60 days of employment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self-starter attitude
- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift and move freely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Food Safety certification
Job Duties
