Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of restaurant management experience preferably in Asian cuisine establishments
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Thai cuisine and menu items
- At least 3 years of management experience in fast-paced Asian restaurants
- Proven experience managing teams of 10 or more people
- Strong organizational and communication skills
