Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- understanding of labor standards and controllable expenses
- ability to maintain safety and sanitation compliance

Job Duties
- support the general manager in developing restaurant operating plans supportive of company and market strategies to achieve sales and profit growth

- maintain proper inventory levels using company guidelines and ordering procedures
