Job Duties
- Manage a Food & Beverage outlet including restaurant, bar, banquets or events
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food & Beverage team
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Work within budgeted guidelines related to food and payroll
- Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
- Develop menus with other Food & Beverage team members
- Accountable for monthly stock takes
- Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
- Set departmental targets, objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels focusing on continuous improvement
- Conduct communication meetings and generate post-meeting minutes
- Maintain environmental awareness
- Assist other departments and maintain good working relationships
