Asia Live is a vibrant Asian cuisine restaurant located at the Westfield Valley Fair Mall in Silicon Valley. Set to open in spring 2026, this new establishment marks the exciting expansion of the renowned China Live San Francisco brand. Asia Live will occupy a 12,000 square-foot space designed to offer a unique dining experience with an open kitchen concept that allows diners to watch the culinary process unfold. This dynamic environment blends authentic flavors from across Asia with modern culinary techniques, delivering memorable meals crafted from the highest quality ingredients. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure seamless daily operations. In this key role, the manager will oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house functions to guarantee efficient service and the highest food quality standards. Job Requirements
- Experience in restaurant management or related hospitality role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
