Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or related supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with labor laws and food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
- Monitors staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
- Ensures training systems for workstations are implemented and adhered to
- Identifies and develops internal candidates for management and team leader positions
- Works with management team to execute My Promise to You and Service Profit Chain
- Creates an employee friendly fun clean and safe restaurant environment
- Motivates and inspires employees to achieve high performance
- Treats employees with respect and dignity and recognizes rewards them
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manages daily activities to achieve operational performance excellence
- Provides exceptional guest experience through training and accountability
- Reviews and modifies practices to improve guest experience
- Maintains visibility and interaction with guests
- Responds to guest concerns and ensures positive resolution
- Ensures correct operation of all systems by team
- Maintains brand image of cleanliness maintenance and service
- Serves as role model for guest service
- Utilizes management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
