Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or related supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with labor laws and food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
  • Monitors staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
  • Ensures training systems for workstations are implemented and adhered to
  • Identifies and develops internal candidates for management and team leader positions
  • Works with management team to execute My Promise to You and Service Profit Chain
  • Creates an employee friendly fun clean and safe restaurant environment
  • Motivates and inspires employees to achieve high performance
  • Treats employees with respect and dignity and recognizes rewards them
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manages daily activities to achieve operational performance excellence
  • Provides exceptional guest experience through training and accountability
  • Reviews and modifies practices to improve guest experience
  • Maintains visibility and interaction with guests
  • Responds to guest concerns and ensures positive resolution
  • Ensures correct operation of all systems by team
  • Maintains brand image of cleanliness maintenance and service
  • Serves as role model for guest service
  • Utilizes management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
