  • food safety manager certification required

  • willingness to work 50-55 hours per week

Job Duties

  • supervise and support 15-20 crew members during shifts
  • ensure execution of restaurant operations and uphold service and quality standards
  • address guest complaints promptly and promote "Guests First" philosophy
  • assist in hiring, coaching, and retaining hourly employees
  • oversee restaurant sanitation and compliance with health regulations
  • manage shift staffing and schedules effectively
  • assist with financial reporting, budget management, and operational improvements
  • support local marketing initiatives and promote sales growth
  • enforce safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • maintain compliance with all policies and regulations
  • resolve operational and employee issues quickly and efficiently
  • foster a culture of teamwork and a positive work environment
