Job Requirements

College degree or equivalent experience in operations
2 years of management operations experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
proven leadership skills
excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
strong organizational and planning skills
ability to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have successful previous restaurant management experience in a fast food setting
Strong skills in the areas of coaching and training, customer service, organization and planning,
The ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals
College degree or equivalent experience in operations: and 2 years of management operations experience in the restaurant, hospitality industry
or equivalent combination of education and experience

Management level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, general managers
