The role of the Manager at QDOBA is critical to maintaining the high standards that customers expect and ensuring operational excellence on every shift. This position is designed for a confident decision-maker and proven leader with experience in guest services, employee management, business operations, and financial oversight. As the Manager, you will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver fast, accurate service while upholding restaurant hospitality values. A key part of your role is overseeing day-to-day operations, managing food safety procedures, and driving sales to meet and exceed budget goals through strategic marketing involvement and catering sales growth. You will also be responsible for managing labor and food costs, coordinating inventory, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry
  • familiarity with local health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
  • knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to employee management and scheduling
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the location where the restaurant is situated
  • ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
  • valid food handler's certification and any other relevant certifications required by local laws or regulations
  • 5+ years of hospitality-related experience
  • 3+ years of restaurant manager or leadership experience
