The role of Restaurant Manager at Dunkin' is pivotal to upholding the brand's reputation and operational standards. This full-time, on-site position involves leading and managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. A Restaurant Manager must provide strong and positive leadership to the Dunkin' team, ensuring the delivery of great and friendly guest experiences while driving operational excellence. The manager is responsible for guaranteeing that the restaurant maintains compliance with Dunkin' Donuts standards, franchise requirements, and all applicable laws. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing employees, communicating job expectations, monitoring and appraising employee performance, and providing timely coaching and feedback. Moreover, the manager must foster a guest-first culture within the restaurant, maintain proper staffing levels to meet guest service goals, and ensure a safe and healthy environment by enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.

In addition to maintaining operational standards, the Restaurant Manager plays a critical role in profitability by controlling costs, executing marketing promotions, and leading product roll-outs with adequate team training and marketing efforts. This position requires a proactive approach in setting sales goals, tracking results, and continuously seeking ways to improve guest satisfaction and operational performance. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, possesses strong math and financial management skills, and has experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles. Emphasis is placed on leadership competencies such as problem-solving, conflict management, interpersonal relationships, team building, and business acumen. The Restaurant Manager is also expected to develop direct reports through coaching and structured development plans that foster both individual and team growth.

Job Requirements
