This opportunity is for the Restaurant Manager role at a Dunkin' franchise. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the overall success of the restaurant by developing and leading a dedicated team focused on delivering great guest experiences and ensuring profitable sales performance. The manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, maintaining Dunkin' Donuts' high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.

In this role, you will foster a team environment by promoting respect, coaching staff, and recognizing employee achievements. Your leadership will be central in hiring, training, and developing employees to meet business and guest needs while continuously sharing knowledge to support growth. You will be responsible for driving sales through effective execution of marketing strategies and managing costs by controlling labor, food, and cash operations diligently. Ensuring the safety, security, and cleanliness of the restaurant is essential to uphold brand reputation and guest confidence.

The Restaurant Manager works closely with the franchise owner, ensuring compliance with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies. It is a demanding yet rewarding role that provides leadership experience within a dynamic, fast-paced food service environment. This position typically requires candidates to be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in restaurant or retail supervisory roles.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant retail or supervisory roles
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
  • Completed or willing to complete ServSafe certification
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage financial aspects including math and cost control
