Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Capability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Knowledge of safe food handling and safety standards
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks required in restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interviewing and hiring or recommending to hire hourly employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant open hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise and oversee production and preparation of food consistent with recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line Taste and Temps
- Enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
