We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This role is a unique opportunity for a talented hospitality professional who thrives in high-energy settings and has a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational mindset coupled with proven leadership capabilities, especially in fast-paced restaurant environments. A background including experience in Forbes-certified hotels or with internationally recognized brands, particularly in Asian markets such as Hong Kong and Singapore, is highly desirable. This position is open to candidates willing and able to relocate to Doha, with a preference for those who are currently based outside the city.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Leadership and staff development play an integral part in this role, as you will lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to consistently deliver service excellence. Your ability to engage with guests, manage feedback professionally, and foster a positive dining atmosphere will be essential in maintaining our reputation.

Financial acumen is crucial in this role, as managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue performance will be part of your key responsibilities. You will collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement operational strategies aimed at continuous improvement and brand consistency. Your work will directly impact our restaurant’s success and alignment with the lifestyle dining concepts that our brand embodies.

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive monthly salary of 10,000 QAR, along with a housing allowance of 5,000 QAR and a transportation allowance of 850 QAR per month. Additional benefits such as private medical insurance, annual round-trip airfare, annual leave of 21 days, and provided work permit support are included to ensure a rewarding and secure working experience. Job Requirements

  • Relevant hospitality or management degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in high-end or lifestyle dining environments
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural setting
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar
  • Candidates must be currently based outside of Doha
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a lifestyle or high-end dining concept
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operational KPIs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • International experience is an advantage
  • Experience working with Forbes-certified hotels or recognized international brands preferred

Job Duties
