Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years recent management experience in a scratch kitchen full-service restaurant
- valid food handlers and alcoholic beverage servers certifications
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong leadership and communication skills
- commitment to results and teamwork
Job Qualifications
