Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years recent management experience in a scratch kitchen full-service restaurant
  • valid food handlers and alcoholic beverage servers certifications
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • commitment to results and teamwork
