Job Description

Red Lobster is a renowned seafood restaurant chain known for its commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences centered around fresh seafood and exceptional service. Established as a leader in the casual dining segment, Red Lobster has built its reputation on a rich menu offering and a warm, inviting atmosphere that draws guests looking for both family-friendly meals and fine dining experiences. As an industry leader, Red Lobster prides itself on its dedication to culinary excellence, employee development, and customer satisfaction. The company operates numerous locations across the United States and abroad, continuously seeking passionate and driven individuals to join its team and help uphold its high standards.

The role of Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster is a critical leadership position focused on overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, and guest satisfaction are met. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong management skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to creating a positive and productive environment for both guests and team members. Restaurant Managers at Red Lobster are responsible for driving sales while maintaining a safe, fun, and efficient workplace. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead a team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences through attentive service and quality seafood offerings.

Restaurant Managers play a pivotal role in hiring, training, and inspiring their teams to excel. They are responsible for managing employee performance, conducting evaluations, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with employment policies. The position also emphasizes the importance of food safety and maintaining a clean, inviting environment for guests. At Red Lobster, Restaurant Managers benefit from an award-winning 11-week in-restaurant training program designed to develop their skills rapidly, along with ongoing certification and leadership development opportunities. The company values work-life balance, providing scheduled hours between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., avoiding early mornings and late nights, which is rare in the restaurant industry.

This is a full-time role with a competitive annual salary range of USD $56,600 to $65,200, plus eligibility for quarterly bonuses. Red Lobster offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid vacation, and exclusive dining discounts. The company fosters a supportive culture where career advancement is encouraged and employees are given the tools and mentoring needed to succeed and grow within the organization. This position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a career in restaurant management who value a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
