Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen is currently seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager who is motivated to lead strong teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and grow professionally within the company. This full-time managerial role is critical to the restaurant's success, involving overseeing daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness, and building an energized, collaborative workplace. The Restaurant Manager’s responsibilities include managing team members, orchestrating efficient workflows, driving sales and profitability by managing costs and optimizing revenue, and championing guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly. Beyond operational leadership, this role also has strong accountability for compliance with health and safety standards, food and liquor regulations, and sanitation practices, ensuring a safe and professional environment for all. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager is instrumental in fostering team development through performance evaluations, ongoing training, and continuous feedback, supporting each individual’s growth and engagement.
