Job Requirements

minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
strong leadership and communication abilities
passion for hospitality and customer service
familiarity with menu editing software
ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment
availability to work full-time in Boston

Job Qualifications

3+ years in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or multi-concept setting
strong leadership and communication skills
a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
familiarity with menu editing and marketing tools
InDesign experience a plus

Job Duties

support day-to-day operations and ensure service standards are met
lead, train, and motivate FOH team members
maintain a guest-first approach, resolving issues with professionalism
assist with scheduling, menu updates, and marketing/programming support
contribute to financial and operational goals by monitoring costs and efficiency
