Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience required
  • minimum two years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • compliance with state alcohol service age requirements (if applicable)
  • ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to bend, stoop, and reach
  • ability to communicate verbally
  • good vision including color and peripheral
  • physical ability to access all restaurant areas

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and laws
  • recruit, interview, and train employees
  • assign and direct work
  • appraise performance
  • reward and discipline employees
  • address and resolve complaints
  • coach and mentor team members

  • assist with category job duties as needed
  • build store sales through marketing program execution
  • champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover and sales per guest/hour
  • meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
  • maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
  • enforce safe work behaviors for guest and crew safety
  • monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • control cash, review financial reports and schedules
  • manage food costs with recipes, portions, and inventory
  • control labor costs using scheduling tools
  • perform other assigned duties
