Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum two years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- compliance with state alcohol service age requirements (if applicable)
- ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, and reach
- ability to communicate verbally
- good vision including color and peripheral
- physical ability to access all restaurant areas
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address and resolve complaints
- coach and mentor team members
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- assist with category job duties as needed
- build store sales through marketing program execution
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest/hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors for guest and crew safety
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, review financial reports and schedules
- manage food costs with recipes, portions, and inventory
- control labor costs using scheduling tools
- perform other assigned duties
