Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- minimum 2 years restaurant experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements (if applicable)
- physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, handle tools and controls
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to taste and smell
- verbal communication skills
- vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required

Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to create a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- occasionally assist team members with job duties
- assist in building store sales by executing marketing programs
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA and health and safety codes
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities to ensure food quality and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and financial reviews
- manage food costs through portion control and inventory management
- control labor costs using labor scheduling tools
- perform other duties as assigned
