Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and protocols
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check including criminal, motor vehicle, and employment history

Job Duties
- Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
- Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
- Perform administrative activities like inventory management, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
- Ensure food safety, quality, and presentation standards are met while conducting line checks
- Support kitchen, bar, and dining areas during peak hours
- Manage guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Foster a fun, organized, and efficient work environment
