Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and protocols
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must pass background check including criminal, motor vehicle, and employment history

Job Duties

  • Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
  • Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
  • Perform administrative activities like inventory management, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and presentation standards are met while conducting line checks
  • Support kitchen, bar, and dining areas during peak hours
  • Manage guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Foster a fun, organized, and efficient work environment
