Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
- Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience preferred
- Ability to work 50 hours weekly including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts

- Manage inventory levels and control costs effectively
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service
- Oversee scheduling and labor management to maximize efficiency
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
