Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience working at Curry Up Now
- Two to four years leadership or supervisory experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- Basic knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, restaurant food safety procedures, federal and state employment laws
- Operational computer and Point of Sale (POS) skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and internet navigation
- Ability to perform all job duties of restaurant positions
- Availability to work a minimum of 55 hours per week if required
- Food Safety Manager certification required for further promotion
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Spanish communication skills preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to problem solve and handle high stress
- Ability to interpret financial statements with the General Manager
- Preparedness to multitask according to business demands
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings

Job Duties
- Supervise all restaurant staff under the direction of the General Manager
- Develop and implement sales-building strategies to increase sales and profits
- Monitor and control expenses within budget guidelines
- Ensure restaurant compliance with operational and quality standards
- Conduct frequent staff meetings to evaluate performance and development opportunities
- Assist with kitchen and bar operations as needed
- Handle employee relations, training, and discipline with adherence to company policies
- Support recruitment, retention, and staff development
- Oversee financial and administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, and cash audits
- Respond promptly to customer issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Promote a positive workplace culture and community involvement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment laws
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation related to operations and staffing
- Enforce company policies and procedures consistently
- Participate in franchise training and support new restaurant openings
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
