Job Requirements

- Ability to lead and manage a team

Job Duties
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Interview and hire team members
- Train and coach team members
- Run daily shifts
- Control labor, food, and paper costs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Supervise product production
- Place orders and ensure quality on receiving
- Adhere to all health and company food safety standards
- Conduct proper rollout of new product training
- Ensure prompt and regular attendance
- Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers
- Learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays
